The 25th annual Kids' Choice Awards will air live on Nickelodeon on Saturday, March 31. Hosted by Will Smith, the awards show will celebrate the best in pop culture -- and all the winners will be chosen by their young fans!

The announcement was made this morning that the famous star has been named the host of the 2012 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards! And it’s a special one this year as it will be the 25th anniversary of the show!

Smith commented on the messy honor and said, "The Kids' Choice Awards are always the year's liveliest, slimiest and most outrageous party for kids and teens. I'm honored they wanted me to host this year, so I can have a front-row seat to take part in the fun."

The Kids' Choice Awards kicked off this past weekend, Saturday April 2nd -- and rocking the orange carpet in style were all of our fav celebs!
