Fandango.com, Moviefone.com, and MovieTickets.com are now selling tickets for the movie in regular movie theaters and IMAX, including the hot-ticket opening night midnight showing. If you're planning on going to one of those midnight showings, I'd recommend getting your tickets NOW. Like, right this second. I mean, what are you even doing reading this post?
I went to the midnight opening of The Twilight Saga: New Moon and it was the most in-demand ticket in New York City. We bought our tickets the day they went on sale and even then our first choice theaters were already sold out. But once there, it was one of the most fun experiences of my life. Being in a theater filled to the brim with other superfans like yourself who have been waiting just as long as you have and can't wait to see the actors on the screen bring their favorites scenes from the book to life... well, it's an incredible experience. So if you're a Hunger Games megafan, you should go to the midnight showing. Yeah, it's late, but it's worth it.
