HOT PICS: Hollywood's Hottest Young Stars Taylor Swift & Zac Efron Come Together For 'The Lorax' Premiere

Taylor Swift and Zac Efron are currently two of Hollywood's hottest young stars, and on Sunday afternoon they were brought together for the premiere of their animated film, Dr. Suess' The Lorax, at Universal Studios Hollywood.

Both stars lend their voices to the film, which hits theaters on March 2, and were lookin' super hot at the premiere party. While Swift glammed it up and went for a dress and red-carpet hairstyle, Efon kept it a bit more cool and casual in jeans, a black leather jacket and sunglasses, although I have to say -- I'm not feelin' his swept-up hairstyle! When they arrived at the event, Taylor and Zac embraced, and although there were once rumors that the duo was dating, it's a stritcly platonic relationship, which is becoming even more evident now that Efron has been spotted out several times with Lily Collins. However, he did reveal that Swift is teaching him to play guitar and that the two are good friends.
