Hollywire's Chelsea Briggs Visits the Set of Nickelodeon's New Series 'Fred: The Show'

When actor Lucas Cruikshank first created his YouTube character Fred Figglehorn, a six-year-old with "anger management issues," in 2008, he could never have imagined the level of success it would bring him. Fred became so popular, in fact, that Nickelodeon offered the 18-year-old actor his very own television show!

Chelsea Briggs brings you an exclusive first look at Lucas's brand-new Nickelodeon series Fred: The Show in today's Hollywire Hot Minute!

During Chelsea's visit to the Fred: The Show set, Lucas admitted that his favorite show is MTV's Jersey Shore. How amazing would it be for Fred: The Show to do a Jersey Shore-themed episode, where Fred bumps into the Jersey Shore gang on the beach and they have a battle of who's crazier? There aren't many opportunities for MTV series and Nickelodeon series to do crossover episodes, but that one would be a ratings jackpot.

Fred: The Show premieres on Nickelodeon on February 20, and co-stars Daniella Monet as Bertha, Jake Weary as Kevin, and Siobhan Fallon as Fred's mom. Don't forget to tune in!
