Taylor Swift vs. Katy Perry: Who Had the Best Strapless Gown?!
Taylor Swift and Katy Perry both arrived to the 2011 American Music Awards in strapless gowns, braving the cold in Los Angeles on the red carpet! Although both cat-loving artists went for the strapless look, we want to know who YOU think looks best!
Swift brought back her straight hair for the awards show, pulling it to the side in a ponytail. The Sparks Fly singer wore a sparkly (no surprise!), gold, embelisshed, floor-length gown. With light make-up and a simple gold bracelet for jewelery, Swift looks sophisticated as always, playing it safe in a similar red carpet fashion to what we are used to seeing her sport.

As usual, Perry went for a totally out-there look for her walk down the red carpet! Not only is the singer still sporting her pink hair, which she wore up with ribbons, but she rocked a Japanese themed dress, adorned with flowers and Japanese symbols. Adding to her bold look, the Last Friday Night singer wore some bright blue, peep toe heels.

Personally, I have to say I like Taylor's simple red carpet look a bit better than Katy's bold look, but I do have to give her credit for always taking chances when it comes to fashion!
