Ali Fedotowsky: 'Why I Left Roberto'

Bachelorette star Ali Fedotowsky looks radiant and even faintly smiles on the cover of the latest issue of PEOPLE magazine, despite the fact the title reads, "Why I Left Him."

In the magazine, Ali reveals that she was ready to wed -- and right away, after meeting Roberto Martinez on the Bachelorette last year, but after spending the last 18 months together, the couple has called it quits. "I wouldn't be being truthful if I said this came out of nowhere," the reality star states. "We definitely had been having problems. But I always believed that we could work it out."

At one point the couple did try to move forward with their relationship, but postponed the wedding several times. And although, they put forth their best efforts to make the relationship work, the arguing continued. "We both realized we were unhappy more than we were happy. And we both deserved more," Ali stated.

Definitely sounds like a more civilized breakup than other former Bachelor/Bachelorette couples. Remember Jake & Vienna craziness?? Blech. We're glad Ali is taking the high road and wish them both the best!!
