A Star-Studded Marchesa Event

It was a star-studded event for Marchesa's Spring 2012 show at Mercedes-Benz New York Fashion Week.

Young Hollywood, socialites and models alike all turned out for the glamorus show, some honoring the designer themselves by wearing their latest creations.

Emma Roberts attended the show in one of Marchesa's own 2012 Resort Collection, a gorgeous leopard one shoulder dress with Brian Atwood heels.

Other celebrities in attendance were models Molly Sims and Bar Rafaeli, and "The City"'s Olivia Palermo.

Actresses Michelle Monaghan, and Michelle Trachtenberg brought a touch of flare with their colorful addtions.

According to Marchesa's designers, their latest collection was inspired by artist Ilya Repin's painting Sadko in the Underwater Kingdom. Form fitting gowns that mimick a mermaid were adorned in in sparkling silvers, flowing lilacs, and textures with tulle and chiffon. There will no doubt be evidence of this fabulous collection on this year's red carpet events!
