Kenny Wormald is 'Footloose' Friendly & VMA Handsome!
Footloose star, Kenny Wormald, cleaned up nicely for the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday (August 28) at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in Los Angeles. With the much anticipated musical flick dancing its way into theatres this fall, the handsome fella was more than eager to spill exciting deets about it!
And, with the topic of VMAs all around us, he even shared how pop icon Britney Spears has personally inspired him over the years.

The 27-year-old actor/dancer told Hollywire's Chelsea Briggs how excited he is for people to finally see the film that they've worked so hard on. He even told us about his favorite dance part in the movie that he's eager for viewers to get a glimpse of, "The angry dance. When I'm dancing in the warehouse and going crazy is definitely an iconic scene. So to get to remake that was incredible and think that we killed it!"

As a professional dancer, Wormald shared that he's always had extreme admiration for pop icon, Britney Spears saying, "She's been doing it for so long, and obviously she's still making hits. As a dancer I've always been a big fan of her dancing and her choreography and her performances." Wormald continued on the topic of Brit Brit being honored with the VMA Icon Award, "She's inspired a lot of people in the dance world. I've been inspired by her. So it's very a very cool thing!"
