The hottest celebrities in Hollywood hit the black carpet at MTV's 2011 Video Music Awards on Sunday, August 28th.
Our hosts Katie Krause and Chelsea Briggs were lucky enough to be front and center of the star-studded black carpet to bring our Hollywire viewers all the exciting action!
Everyone from Victoria Justice to JoJo to Skylar Grey, Benji & Joel Madden and former N*Syncer JC Chasez showed up to the soiree and stopped to chat with us! Check out our VMA highlights -- and prepare yourself for a little Bust-A-Rhyme session at the end!

All of Hollywood's hottest names opened up about pop princess Britney Spears on the carpet, including her former Mickey Mouse Club pal, JC Chasez. "She has essentially broken the rules. You know, 99.9% of the people that go out to be superstars don't get to do it... but she's been a superstar for over 10 years," he said. "She deserves a pat on the back, she's a great girl. She's gone through everything in front of our eyes. You know, trials and tribulations and victories and this is a great victory for her tonight."

Nickelodeon queen Victoria Justice also chimed in, saying, "I'm a huge Britney fan! I've listened to her since I was little, my mom and I are big Britney fans... I can't wait to see her tribute."
The most fun part of the video is when our Hollywire gals Bust-A-Rhyme with all the stars -- including Jersey Shore's Ronnie and Fantasy Factory starlet Chanel (who basically steals the show, ha!).
