Lindsay Lohan Gets Restraining Order Against Alleged Stalker

Lindsay Lohan has obtained a temporary restraining order against David Cocordan, a man she claims has been stalking and harassing her for two years.

According to TMZ, David has shown up at Lindsay's home at least 3 times, followed her to public appearances and sent her over a hundred text messages. However, it was one text in particular that sent Lindsay to the courthouse to file a restraining order. On May 5th Cocordan sent a text saying, "F***ing n sucking wit u kkk i need it more thn."

In the declaration Lindsay filed, she stated, "I am afraid that this text message shows that Mr. Cocordan intends to sexually assault me." Lindsay was able to prove to the judge that she feared for her safety and Cocordan was ordered to stay away from her and have no communication.
