Justin Bieber's New Years Eve Plans!
Don't expect to see Justin Bieber ringing in the new year in cities such as Las Vegas, Miami or New York City on Friday. Instead, the Biebs will be laying low and relaxing with his family.
Justin told MTV News last week, "For New Year's, I'm just hanging out. I'm just going to be with my family. Just being with them and relaxing, because I've been go, go, go for the past three years."

Looking back at Bieber's recent tweets, it sounds like that's exactly what he's doing. On Monday he tweeted, "Another solid day hanging with the family and friends. love the #holidays." He also said, "New years is coming...what is gonna be your new years resolution?"
Just yesterday the singer tweeted about his R&R, "Need the rest. #grateful." The star later went on about all of his success over the past year, despite all the rumors about his love life.
