Taylor Lautner Used by McMahon's RV for Publicity
Brent McMahon, the owner, took the media attention from the lawsuit and used it to bring attention to himself and his company by challenging Taylor to a push-up contest.
Instead of going to court, Brent wants Taylor to compete against him in a push-up competition and if Taylor wins Brent will pay him $40,000. If Taylor loses Brent will donate the money to charity.
Brent told reporters, "We're taking a negative and making it into a positive to benefit the sick children at Children's Hospital of Orange County."

The statement says,
McMahon's RV's response to our client's legitimate claim further demonstrates the lack of professionalism that Mr. McMahon, his company and his employees have exhibited from the outset, and that compelled the filing of this lawsuit in the first place.
Taylor did however say he would happily settle the lawsuit if McMahon's RV donated $40,000 to CHOC, but he will NOT under any circumstances agree to compete in a push-up contest.
