Police Call BS On Mel Gibson's Attacked "Victim"

Posted on July 30, 2009 - 3:40pm by tammy Here are the photos of a guy who said that Mel Gibson attacked him outside the Playhouse Night Club last night for wanting to take a picture of Gibson and his girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva. Gibson apparently ripped the guy's shirt after telling him and his friend to leave them alone and to not take pictures of them. They had been approached all night for pictures and they just wanted to be left alone. Well the guy decided to take pictures anyway, and that's when things got a little rough. The "victim" reportedly went to the LAPD Hollywood division and filed a battery report against Gibson. Law enforcement officials say that they will not be pressing any charges because the "victim" suffered no injuries. It will be a civil matter at best. Also after interviewing the "victim" the cops believe that his story is impossible, that the way Gibson was positioned in the booth, there was no way he could have made contact with the "victim" like he is reporting. The "victim" was asked to walk away 3 times and even security came up to him and told him no pictures and that he had to leave. Cops say witnesses tell the same story -- the guy is making up allegations of battery. No one saw his shirt ripped when he left the club.
