Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt Wed

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt were married at the Westminster Presbyterian Church in Paseadena, CA on Saturday April 25, 2009. The couple was joined by 200 guest, including Lauren Conrad, and of course a camera crew. MTV covered the whole event and will air it on the Hills later in the season.
